Where does the tour start? Will we be picked up from the hotel?

We will pick you up from your hotel or apartment! If you arrive by cruise ship, the meeting point will be at the cruise terminal. After the excursion we will bring you back safely.

When do I pay for the tour?

You pay directly to your guide. Thus, you do not have to pay for the tour in advance. Please confirm your booking 1-5 days before the tour.

In what currency can I pay for the tour?

We accept US dollars ($), euros (€), British pounds sterling (£) and Swiss francs (CHf) – the conversion rate is always 1:1 to the US dollar. Payment is made in cash.

Do you have guides in different languages?

Yes, we have guides in 7 languages. Our guides speak the following languages: English, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Portuguese and Russian.
